If you want him to follow you be patient, don't constantly beg for a follow. Be helpfull, when he wants to try and get a trend going help him, if that means you are tweeting the same thing 100 times do it! (I did over 100 on some occasions), this gets you noticed without being annoying. Good luck guys - Don't give up!
